Medically-informed colonic hydrotherapy and MLD to support digestion and lymphatic flow.

I believe in seeing the whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.
With over 16 years’ experience in healthcare, I combine my medical background with an integrative, root-cause approach to support digestive balance, lymphatic health and overall wellbeing.
My career began in 2009 within cardiac and oncology care before moving into maternity and neonatal services. I qualified as a Registered Midwife over a decade ago, and through this work I recognised how often healthcare focuses on managing immediate conditions rather than addressing underlying causes.
My own experience with autoimmune challenges and histamine intolerance deepened this understanding and led me to explore gut health more fully. Colonic hydrotherapy and nutritional support became an important part of that journey, shaping the direction of my practice.
I later trained in nutrition, herbal approaches and colon hydrotherapy with the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy. I am also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Level 3), using techniques based on the Vodder method, widely recognised for supporting lymphatic function and post-surgical recovery.
Today, at Total Gut Health & Wellness Centre in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, I offer personalised, evidence-informed care in a safe, compassionate and professional environment.
I am a Registered Midwife (NMC), ARCH Registered Colon Hydrotherapist, and CNHC and GNC Registered Practitioner, committed to maintaining high professional standards.
I also serve on the Education Committee for the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH), supporting professional standards and training within the field.

Supporting bowel regularity, bloating and microbiome balance through gentle, medically-informed treatment.

Vodder-based techniques to support lymphatic flow, post-surgical recovery and fluid retention.

During colonic hydrotherapy, bespoke herbal infusions may be used where appropriate. These are selected based on your individual presentation and bowel motility, and may include gentle botanicals such as chamomile, peppermint leaf or dandelion root.
Where suitable, probiotic implants can be administered following treatment at an additional cost. This involves introducing beneficial bacteria directly into the colon to support microbiome balance — particularly following antibiotic use or where signs of gut dysbiosis are present.
All additional therapies are discussed in advance and tailored to your individual health history.
