Helping people to feel lighter, energised and inspired to diversify their gut microbiome by making healthier diet and lifestyle choices. Colonic hydrotherapy removes accumulated waste matter from the the colon, and it stimulates the natural nerve and muscle actions required for proper bowel function. Unlike an enema, colon hydrotherapy, combined with skilled and gentle abdominal massage, can fully cleanse the whole of the large intestine and tone the bowel in a way that positively restores bowel emptying. The digestive system is closely linked with the brain, the immune system and the liver. Often people express feeling calmer after a colonic and report benefits to the appearance of their skin, the clarity of their thinking and the quality of their sleep.
During your colon hydrotherapy, bespoke herbal enemas may be used consisting of various natural ingredients such as chamomile, dandelion root, or peppermint leaf according to your bowel motility
Probiotic Implants can be given directly into the colon post colonic hydrotherapy at an additional cost.
This is extremely beneficial to people suffering from dysbiosis; excessive candida or recent course of antibiotics through increasing good gut bacteria, and diversifying your gut microbiome.
MLD is a very mild, non-invasive method that aids in encouraging the body's lymphatic fluid to naturally drain. It increases the body's parasympathetic response by stimulating the lymphatic system without constricting the capillaries. Your breathing slows, your heart calms, and your muscles rest without being strained. Long strokes, intense pressure, or discomfort are not used. Ideal for those who suffer from issues such as fibromyalgia and MS, or have sensitive skin that is prone to bruises.
This specialist type of massage can help with body detoxification, circulation improvement, immune system stimulation, stress and anxiety reduction, and puffiness and oedema reduction.
Intravenous micro-nutritional therapy (IVNT) - administers a high dose of minerals and vitamins directly into your bloodstream. While your body ordinarily absorbs nutrients slowly, vitamin IV therapy allows it to rapidly absorb nutrients at higher doses.
Violet has many years of experience, providing IV infusions and this will be available at the clinic soon alongside colonic hydrotherapy treatments and other options to promote a healthy gut microbiome.
Vitamin B12 are available from end of May.

I am passionate about natural healing and seeing each person as a whole — not just a collection of separate symptoms. With over 16 years’ experience in healthcare, I combine my medical background with a holistic approach to help uncover the root cause of health issues, so you can feel well again and prevent future illness.
My career began in 2009 within cardiac and oncology care before moving into maternity and neonatal services. I became a registered midwife in 2015, and through this work I realised how often modern medicine treats the immediate condition, but not the underlying cause.
My own journey with autoimmune issues and histamine intolerance deepened this understanding. I experienced first-hand the benefits of colon hydrotherapy and gut healing, and eventually reduced my need for pharmaceuticals — something my GP once said wasn’t possible.
I went on to train in nutrition, herbal approaches, and colon hydrotherapy with the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy.
Today, at Total Gut Health & Wellness Centre in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, I offer personalised treatments to support digestive balance, lymphatic health, and overall wellbeing.
I am a proud member of ARCH (Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists), the UK’s leading professional body. I am looking forward to future training in Nutrition and Probiotics so I can continue to give the highest standard of care.
Above all, I believe in supporting every client with empathy, compassion, and dignity, so you feel safe, understood, and fully supported on your wellness journey.
