Who should not get Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD).

The main conditions that prevent MLD include:

•  A fever (>37.8°c)
•  Feeling nauseous or experiencing vomiting or diarrhoea.  
• In the first trimester of pregnancy or a high risk pregnancy under consultant care. 
• Under the influence of alcohol and recreational drugs. 
•  Have had an accident, injury or surgery within the last 3 months (6 months if major). Please contact me directly if post cosmetic surgery.
• congestive heart failure.
•  Blood clots / DVT
•  Kidney problems / renal failure
