Booking Terms

• Once YourGutMap testing kits are purchased, they are ordered by us directly with the company and are none refundable. 
• Please note we require full payment and all bookings are non refundable, but can be rescheduled with up to 24hrs notice free of charge. Please contact us should you wish to reschedule. If you wish to reschedule on the day, you will be charged an extra 50% to cover the empty clinic session.  

• Please read the Information section on who a Colonic may not be suitable for on the website. Should you still book having one of the contraindications on the list - For example pregnancy, you will be unable to continue with colonic hydrotherapy, but may still be charged.  Please contact us if you are unsure as we may be able to tailor make a treatment using other means such as lifestyle and dietary advice.

 Colonic Hydrotherapy is not in any way intended as a ‘cure’ or ‘medical’ treatment. It should not be seen as an alternative to seeing your GP if you have any health concerns. Neither is it intended to infer or imply symptoms of IBS or other bowel conditions will be completely solved.
