At Total Gut Health , I offer home-to-laboratory food intolerance testing in partnership with YorkTest, one of the UK’s longest-established food intolerance testing laboratories with over 40 years of experience in laboratory testing and nutritional support. 

Food intolerance reactions may sometimes contribute to symptoms such as:

The YorkTest Food & Drink Scan analyses IgG reactivity to over 200 food and drink ingredients using a simple finger-prick blood sample completed at home. Results are processed within a UK laboratory and returned through an easy-to-read online report.

Results are usually available within approximately 7 days from the laboratory receiving your sample.

Food intolerance testing is not the same as allergy testing.

YorkTest analyses food-specific IgG antibody reactions, which may provide additional insight into foods that could be contributing to symptoms in some individuals. These tests are not designed to diagnose food allergies, coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, or medical conditions. 

Food intolerance results should always be interpreted alongside symptoms, diet, lifestyle, digestive health, and medical history.
