I created Total Gut Health for people who feel unheard.
After years in the NHS across cardiac care, oncology, and midwifery, I saw how deeply physical health, emotion, and trauma intertwine — yet how often people are left managing symptoms rather than being truly listened to.
My work now combines medical knowledge with whole‑body healing, helping you reconnect with your body and uncover what it’s been trying to tell you.
Whether you’re dealing with gut issues, scars, hormonal changes, or lymphatic stagnation, I provide a safe, calm space for your body to release, rebalance, and heal.
This is not about perfection or quick fixes — it’s about creating space for real healing.
